**Job Title**: Gym Administrator
**Department**: Administration / Fitness & Wellness Center
**Location**: Bangalore
**Reporting To**: Gym Manager / Facility Head
**Job Summary**:
The Gym Administrator will be responsible for the smooth daily functioning of the gym, ensuring high standards of service, facility management, and member satisfaction. This role involves handling front desk operations, membership administration, staff coordination, and maintaining overall gym discipline and cleanliness.
**Key Responsibilities:Front Office & Customer Service**
- Welcome and assist members and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage membership registrations, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
- Address queries, feedback, and complaints courteously and promptly.
- Maintain accurate member records in the system.
**Administrative & Operational Duties**
- Handle billing, cash collections, and maintain daily financial records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly gym performance reports (attendance, revenue, etc.).
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and supply of gym equipment.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently maintained.
**Staff Coordination**
- Schedule and supervise trainers, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Maintain attendance, shift rosters, and leave records.
- Assist in new staff onboarding and training coordination.
**Member Engagement**
- Support gym events, fitness challenges, and wellness programs.
- Encourage member retention through regular follow-ups and engagement initiatives.
**Compliance & Safety**
- Ensure safety protocols are followed by members and staff.
- Keep logs for maintenance and service of gym equipment.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Physical Education, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in gym, hospitality, or facility administration.
- Proficient in MS Office and gym management software.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Organized, energetic, and proactive in managing operations.

**Salary Range**:
- As per experience and industry
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,816.09 - ₹30,000.00 per month
