**Job Title**: Floor Facilitator

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Floor Facilitator to manage day-to-day operations at **Volt Indiranagar**. The role involves ensuring smooth floor functioning, supporting members, managing facilities, and delivering an exceptional experience to all guests. The Floor Facilitator will act as the first point of contact, ensuring service excellence and maintaining operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and engage with customers/members to ensure a positive experience on the floor
- Oversee daily floor operations and ensure adherence to company standards
- Coordinate with internal teams (admin, housekeeping, support staff) for seamless service delivery
- Assist members with queries, issue resolution, and guidance about services/facilities
- Manage bookings, scheduling, and usage of the floor space
- Monitor safety, cleanliness, and readiness of the floor at all times
- Track attendance, usage data, and prepare basic reports for management
- Support in organizing events, activities, or workshops conducted on-site
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, health & safety, and company policies
- Build and maintain strong rapport with customers and stakeholders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
