**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic **International Customer Support Executive** to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our US-based customers seeking assistance with **hotel and restaurant booking cancellations**. Your role will be to ensure a seamless experience by handling inquiries, processing cancellations, and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide customers through the cancellation process, clearly explaining policies, terms, and applicable charges.
- Coordinate with hotels and restaurant partners to confirm and process cancellations.
- Handle refund requests, escalations, and conflict resolution in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and US consumer service regulations.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics (response time, resolution time, CSAT, etc.).
- Provide feedback on recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in international customer support, preferably for US clientele.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work night shifts or US time zone.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and booking platforms is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in the travel, hospitality, or food-tech industry.
- Knowledge of hotel/restaurant booking systems and cancellation policies.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently.
