
International Customer Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the entire customer service process to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide constructive feedback to the team.
- Possess and demonstrate thorough product knowledge to deliver superior customer support.
- Establish a positive rapport with all customers via phone and other communication channels.
- Interact with customers to ensure they receive a delightful and shareable experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- **A minimum of 6 months' experience** in an international voice process is mandatory.
- **Excellent communication skills** in English—both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Graduation is a must.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
