**Job Title: Customer Support Intern**

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Intern who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. This internship is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, has strong communication skills, and is curious about customer experience and tech-enabled services.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Learn and understand the company’s products and services to support customers effectively.
- Assist in resolving issues related to orders, returns, service status, and general inquiries.
- Help manage support tickets and ensure clear communication in written responses.
- Maintain daily activity logs and contribute to team performance goals.
- Support the team by sharing observations and suggesting improvements based on customer feedback.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic knowledge of tech tools or an interest in learning them (preferred).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
