**Responsibilities of MIS Trainee**:

- **System Maintenance**: Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of existing information systems to ensure uninterrupted operation.
- **Data Analysis**: Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making processes.
- **Database Management**: Assist in the management and maintenance of databases, including data entry, data cleaning, and data validation.
- **User Support**: Provide technical support and assistance to end-users to help resolve system-related issues and queries.
- **Quality Assurance**: Participate in testing activities to ensure that information systems meet quality standards and requirements.
- **Research**: Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in MIS to make recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support colleagues in achieving common goals.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis tasks.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
