**Finance Trainee Position Available**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized finance professional to join our team as a CMA trainee. This role will provide the ideal candidate with an opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in real-world scenarios, focusing on costing, budgeting, management information systems (MIS), internal audits, and financial reporting.

  • Assist in product costing, variance analysis, and cost control activities by analyzing financial data and implementing process improvements.
  • Support preparation of monthly MIS reports, cost sheets, and management dashboards by coordinating with various departments and gathering financial data.
  • Help in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning reports by working closely with the procurement and production teams.
  • Maintain and analyze data for cost audits and internal controls by ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Reconcile cost accounts with financial accounts on a periodic basis by identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of cost accounting, standard costing, and budgeting concepts, along with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and ERP software is essential, with SAP being preferred. Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) and GST is also required.
