We are seeking a proactive and skilled **Office Administrator** to oversee administrative operations and ensure efficiency across all office activities. The role requires multitasking, communication, and management skills to support the team effectively.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage office systems, processes, and schedules
- Supervise administrative staff and daily activities
- Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and records
- Handle communication with clients and vendors
- Support HR and management with coordination and compliance tasks
**Qualifications**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Previous experience in administration or similar role preferred
