We are looking for an HR Admin Manager who oversees human resources functions like recruitment employee relations and compliance alongside general administrative duties such as managing office operations and facilities HR Responsiblities Manage the entire hiring process from job postings and interviewing to onboarding new employees Address employee concerns resolve conflicts and foster a positive and inclusive work environment Ensure the company adheres to labor laws internal policies and other regulatory requirements Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll as well as the administration of employee benefits programs Identify training needs develop programs and monitor their effectiveness Maintain accurate and confidential employee records including hiring documents attendance and other essential data Administrative Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and manage facilities to ensure efficiency Planning developing and streamlining administrative systems policies and procedures to improve efficiency Recruiting training and supervising administrative staff assessing their performance and providing guidance and coaching Assisting with budget preparation monitoring expenses and costs and overseeing financial reports and processes like accounts payable and receivable Ensuring the administrative team and office operations adhere to company policies procedures and relevant regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and implement solutions for administrative challenges Proficiency in office software like the Microsoft Office Suite is a must Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with staff management and external parties Excellent organizational multitasking and time management skills are necessary to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively Job Type Full-time Pay 22 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Ability to commute relocate Guruvayur Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Required Experience Administrative 4 years Required HRIS 3 years Required Work Location In person
