
Documentation Assistant

1. Legal Documentation & Record Management:
Maintain and organize legal files, contracts, agreements, and case records.
Ensure proper filing, indexing, and retrieval of documents for easy access.
Track document versions, amendments, and renewals.
3. Compliance & Legal Support:
Ensure all documentation adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.
Assist in updating compliance records and statutory filings.
Support due diligence processes by organizing required documents.
4. Coordination & Communication:
Liaise with internal departments and external legal consultants for document submission and review.
Assist in responding to legal queries by retrieving relevant documents.
5. Administrative Support:
Maintain databases and tracking systems for legal documents and cases.
Manage document dispatch, notarization, and attestation processes.
Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations as needed,
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in legal documentation, legal administration, or a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
