Product Intern

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic person who's passionate about innovative product development and enhancement, but also doesn't shy away from the** essential grunt work**. This internship provides an opportunity to gain insights into the product development lifecycle and actively contribute to enhancing the HRMS SYNC product, making a tangible impact on our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with product ideation and brainstorming sessions for potential new features or improvements to existing product lines.
- Support the Product Manager in creating user stories, product requirements documents (PRDs), and user interface (UI) mock-ups.
- Conduct comprehensive market and industry research to derive trends, insights, and competitive benchmarks.
- Maintain up-to-date product documentation to ensure all teams have timely access to current information
- Stay updated on industry trends in HR Tech and API integrations.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Attention to detail, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for technology and a strong interest in learning about B2B SaaS products.
- Knowledge about API integrations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with user research methods (e.g., surveys, interviews) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HRMS [Human Resource Management System] is a plus.

**Bonus Points**:

- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira).
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Superset).
