⦁ Position : Educational Development Mentor / Academic Enhancement Counsellor

⦁ Responsibilities:
⦁ Design and deliver personalized training sessions that align with students' learning needs and curriculum requirements.

⦁ Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles.

⦁ Collaborate with educators and parents to provide comprehensive support for student development.

⦁ Utilize our state-of-the-art VidhyaDhan platform to track and report on student progress.

⦁ Contribute to research and development projects to continually refine our training methodologies.

⦁ Qualifications:
⦁ A postgraduate degree.

⦁ A passion for teaching and a strong belief in students' potential.

⦁ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

⦁ Cultural sensitivity and alignment with Donams' mission and values.

Pay: ₹9,237.61 - ₹26,792.07 per month
