**As a Telesales Executive, responsibilities include**:
- **Driving Sales**: Making proactive outbound calls and skillfully handling inbound inquiries to address customer queries and promote our diverse range of offerings.
- **Generating Leads**: Identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively converting them into valuable sales opportunities.
- **Cultivating Relationships**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through exceptional communication and dedicated customer relationship management.
- **Qualifications**: Any Graduate degree.
- **Experience**: At least 6 months of proven experience in a telesales or similar customer-facing role.
- **Functional & Technical Skills**:
- A basic understanding of computer operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- A strong ability to function as a team player, collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
- Adeptness at handling situations smartly and professionally.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards challenges.
- **IT Skills & Tools**: A basic understanding of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
