- Make outbound calls to promote our real estate projects and services.
- Provide accurate information about our projects, offerings, and services to potential clients.
- Maintain records of client interactions and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team for timely follow-up on leads.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in tele-sales, preferably in real estate.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market.
- Fluent in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Additional Points**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential client segments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for tele-sales campaigns.
- Participate in ongoing training programs for skill development.
- Seek feedback from clients for continuous improvement.
