**Customer Assistance**:
- Provide information on travel packages, destinations, flights, accommodations, and visa processes.
- **Bookings and Reservations**:
- Handle ticketing, hotel bookings, and tour reservations accurately.
- Process changes, cancellations, or special requests efficiently.
- **Documentation Support**:
- Ensure all documentation complies with company and legal standards.
- **Upselling and Promotions**:
- Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and related services.
- Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, car rentals, and excursions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers.
- Address complaints or issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Office Support**:
- Keep records of transactions, bookings, and customer details.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming counter area.
- **Market Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, airline rules, and promotional offers.
- Share insights with clients to help them make informed travel decisions.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Educational Background**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related fields is a plus).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- **Personal Attributes**:
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
