**Sales Staff at Ice Cream Outlet**
- Job Overview:_
- Sales staff at the ice cream outlet are responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop. The role includes serving customers, assisting with stock management, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all patrons._
- Key Responsibilities:_
- 1. Customer Service:_
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection._
- Provide information about ice cream flavors, price etc._
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally._
- Ensure prompt and efficient service to all customers._
- 2. Sales and Transactions:_
- Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit/debit card transactions._
- Maintain accurate sales records and handle receipts._
- Ensure timely and correct billing._
- 3. Product Management:_
- Assist in inventory checks and restocking supplies._
- Monitor product quality and freshness._
- 4. Cleanliness and Maintenance:_
- Ensure the outlet is clean, tidy, and organized._
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards, including cleaning equipment and workstations._
- Clean tables and counters after every customer use._
- Dispose of waste and perform general housekeeping tasks._
- 5. Teamwork:_
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth outlet operations._
- Communicate with management about stock needs, equipment issues, and customer feedback._
- Requirements:_
- High school diploma or equivalent._
- Strong communication and customer service skills._
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment._
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team._
- Working Hours:_
- 10.30 hrs_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
