Job Summary
The Food Counter Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately handling orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. This role ensures a pleasant dining experience and supports daily operations at the counter.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with a smile
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Upsell menu items to enhance sales
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
- Serve food and beverages promptly and neatly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Restock supplies and refill menu items as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, café, or quick-service environment preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic math and cash-handling ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork spirit
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
