**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead and manage the restaurant staff, including waiters, bartenders, and bussers.
- Ensure staff adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- **Operational Management**:

- Coordinate daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and set up according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure adequate supplies.
- **Quality Control**:

- Oversee the presentation and quality of food and beverages served to guests.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
- **Financial Management**:

- Assist in managing budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Handle cash transactions, billing, and reconciliation of sales.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the restaurant.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
