
Personal Assistant

Act as the point of contact among the MD, executives, and other external partners.
Manage MD’s calendars and set up meetings. Maintain an active calendar of appointments.
Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
Rack daily office expenses of the MD, and prepare monthly expenditure report.
Act as the MD’s office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
Format information for internal and external communication
Preparing minutes of meetings (MoM) and Action-items and pro-active in gentle follow-up.
Collaborating and coordinating with multiple stakeholders and departments, both internally (own departments), and externally (clients, vendors, advisors and other third parties).

**Specific Skills**
Excellent MS Word, Excel & PDF knowledge.
Should be very well versed with usage of digital technologies and software on both laptop and handheld devices.
Ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English. Communication should be clear, crisp, and unambiguous.
Discretion and confidentiality. Need to uphold a strict and highest level of integrity
Must be presentable
Minimum Experience required - 1 year
Must have good communication skills.
Language preferred - Marathi, Hindi, English
Preference - Only females required
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 per month
