**Job Summary**:
The Service Advisor acts as the primary contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring efficient job booking, accurate diagnosis communication, and timely delivery of motorcycles. The role focuses on providing a premium service experience to every BMW Motorrad customer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and understand their service requirements.
- Open job cards and record customer concerns accurately.
- Coordinate with technicians for job estimation, repair, and completion.
- Communicate service updates, cost estimates, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Conduct vehicle check-in and check-out as per BMW Motorrad guidelines.
- Ensure proper documentation, billing, and warranty processing.
- Promote value-added services, AMC, and accessories.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
- Follow up with customers after service for feedback and relationship building.
- Maintain service records and ensure workshop process compliance.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of motorcycle service operations and technical basics.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer queries efficiently.
- Proficiency in computer and DMS operations.

**Qualification**:

- Diploma / Graduate / ITI in Automobile or Mechanical stream.
- Experience in a two-wheeler premium brand (BMW / Harley-Davidson / Triumph / Royal Enfield etc.) preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
