- **Job Summary**:
The Accessories Fitter is responsible for the installation, fitting, and testing of vehicle accessories and enhancements as per customer requirements and company standards. The role ensures quality workmanship, adherence to timelines, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and fit accessories such as seat covers, floor mats, roof carriers, fog lamps, spoilers, music systems, reverse cameras, etc.
- Ensure correct electrical and mechanical connections during accessory installation.
- Inspect and test all installed accessories for proper functioning and finish.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workshop.
- Coordinate with the service advisor and job controller for daily task assignments.
- Follow Mahindra’s standard operating procedures and guidelines for accessory installation.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Record all work done and report any discrepancies or faults to the supervisor.
- Support the team in achieving workshop productivity and quality targets.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Knowledge of automotive electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to install accessories neatly and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Basic understanding of vehicle electronics and wiring.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Safety and hygiene awareness in workshop practices.

**Qualification**:

- ITI / Diploma in Automobile or relevant trade.
- Experience with Mahindra vehicles or other major automobile brands preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
