Post Production Executive

Role PURPOSE ensuring efficient and safe operations while meeting production targets and quality standards. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to optimize resource utilization and meet customer demands. - Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address any delays or unforeseen issues. - Oversee all production activities, including raw material handling, formulation, mixing, packaging, and storage. - Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). - Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities. - Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. - Conduct regular quality checks throughout the production process to ensure product consistency and compliance with quality standards. - Manage packaging material inventory levels to ensure timely production and minimize stockouts. - Monitor finished goods inventory and coordinate timely dispatch to customers. - Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness KRA - Adherence to monthly & yearly production target. - Ensure the product quality standards - Efficiency & cost effectiveness - On time ERP or SAP entries **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: In person
