**Roles & Responsibility**:

- **Team Leadership and Management**: Supervise and lead the post-production team, including assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
- **Process Oversight**: Monitor and manage post-production processes, including cleaning, surface finishing, assembly, and quality control procedures.
Ensure that products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and enforce quality control protocols to ensure that post-processed products meet or exceed established quality standards.
Conduct inspections and tests to identify defects and deviations from specifications.
- **Workflow Optimization**: Continuously assess post-production workflows and procedures to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and waste reduction.
Propose and implement process enhancements to streamline operations.
- **Resource Management**: Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize post-production activities and meet production schedules.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all post-production activities adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of post-production activities, quality checks, and outcomes. Generate reports on production performance, quality metrics, and efficiency gains.
- **Training and Development**: Train and mentor team members on post-production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Promote skill development and cross-training within the team.
- **Continuous Improvement Culture**: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the post-production team, encouraging innovative ideas and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Post-Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of post-production processes, including cleaning, finishing, assembly, and quality control.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Analytical skills to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to convey instructions, feedback, and information clearly.
- Strong organizational skills to manage resources and schedules efficiently.
- Adaptability to changing production demands and a fast-paced environment.
