Production Supervisor

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and production in our Food Processing Machinery, Construction Machinery and Engineering Solutions divisions. You will ensure that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed.
Duties: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient and smooth operations - Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to factory safety standards and regulations - Train and mentor production staff on proper procedures and techniques - Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics to optimise production efficiency - Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify any maintenance or repair needs - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of raw materials - Analyze production data and generate reports on productivity, quality, and cost efficiency - Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes
Requirements: - Previous hands on experience in supervising fabrication, sheet metal and machinery assembly in engineering industry and preferably in food processing or construction machinery manufacturing industry environment - Strong technical knowledge
