**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in supervising day-to-day production activities in radiator assembly, core building, brazing, or fin making areas.
- Monitor work progress, operator performance, and output quality on the shop floor.
- Ensure production targets are met as per plan and report any delays or issues.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and materials departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain daily production logs and assist in shift-wise reporting.
- Support in implementing SOPs, work instructions, and process improvements under supervision.
- Identify and report defects or process abnormalities to senior supervisors or quality teams.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial /Engineering.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations.
- Strong observation, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and in a factory environment.
- Proficient in MS Excel / Word for basic reporting.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
