**Role Objective**:
To build, manage, and grow the school’s presence across social media platforms while supporting digital campaigns for admissions, events, and branding initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:Social Media Management**:

- Plan, create, and post engaging content across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and more.
- Capture day-to-day school life, events, and achievements through photos/videos for real-time updates.
- Schedule content, respond to comments/messages, and grow audience organically.

**Creative Design & Video Editing**:

- Design posters, reels, carousels, and banners using tools like **Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, VN Editor** etc.
- Shoot and edit school events, interviews, student spotlights, and behind-the-scenes content.

**Analytics & Performance Tracking**:

- Monitor social media insights, engagement rates, and trends.
- Provide monthly reports with recommendations for improvement and content strategy.

**Digital Marketing Support**:

- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager for running paid campaigns and lead-generation ads.

**Content Calendar & Coordination**:

- Plan monthly content calendars aligned with school themes, events, and academic cycles.
- Work closely with teachers and department heads for content ideas and approvals.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or digital communication (school/education sector preferred).
- Excellent command over English and Hindi (written + spoken).
- Proficiency in Canva, Instagram Reels, Meta Business Suite, video editing tools.
- Good photography and basic video shooting/editing skills.
- Strong creative sense, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
