**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Conduct competitor analysis to optimize social media strategies.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and influencer marketing is a plus.
