As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to increase our online presence, engage our community, and drive leads. You will collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and showcases the unique offerings of our coworking spaces.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Create and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand awareness.
- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging content (images, videos, blogs) tailored to our target audience across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering a positive online community and enhancing customer relations.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track social media metrics and performance, analyzing data to refine strategies and report on ROI.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns, promotions, and events that drive engagement and attract new members.
- **Advertising**: Manage paid social media campaigns to boost reach and engagement, optimizing ads for maximum performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in social media marketing
- Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and community building.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
