Job Description for Social Media Intern

We are looking for a skilled and creative social media executive to join our team. As a social media executive, you will work collaboratively with our marketing and tech teams. You will also manage our social media presence as well as that of our clients to create and execute strategies and engage with our audience to increase brand awareness. You should be able to lead and manage our digital campaigns to nurture our brand's online visibility—from ideation to final execution and analysis. If you have a knack for written and verbal communication and enjoy producing unique and engaging content and want to work in an interactive and growth-oriented environment, you could be an excellent fit for the role.

Location: Meerut

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field Responsibilities:

- Work closely with marketing and tech teams to establish and maintain assertive brand outreach on social platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to meet brand objectives.
- Manage paid advertising on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Support social marketing efforts for other channels, such as SEO/SEM/PR campaigns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer concerns and inquiries from them about any changes and modifications in content.
- Monitor the organization's social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all social media messages, produce reports, etc.
- Create relevant and versatile content to engage target audiences, promote our brand, and drive engagement.
- Report and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics.
- Manage outreach with third-party influencers and plan live shoots, podcasts, and engaging office videos. Lead and instruct cross-functional teams (content, graphics, marketing) in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams to produce engaging content.

**Requirements**:

- Fresher or 3 month experience in digital marketing as a social media executive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving acumen.
- Expertise in social media platforms (like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and various AI tools like ChatGPT). Familiarity with customer service and customer relations.
- Strong attention to detail with time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with ease.
- Ability to work under challenging conditions. Role and Skill Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Excellent knowledge of SMO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques. Knowledge of social media management tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
