- Based in Bangalore, you’ll join our team of Researchers,Strategists and Designers within the service, business, brand, digital,interaction and user experience disciplines. **_ What you’ll do:_**
- _ Create real business transformation for our clients and redefinetheir offerings_
- _ Turn insights and identified opportunities spaces intodifferentiating service experiences_
- _ Work with service design across industries_
- _ Stay updated on the latest developments/trends/thinking withinyour field and share your knowledge and thoughts with both colleaguesand clients_
- _ Define the future customer journey across channels and touchpoints for some of the world’s leading international brands_
- _ Present to clients, and facilitate and develop workshops and co-creation sessions_
- _ Participate in sales activities (quotes, presentations etc.) andscope, plan and lead service design projects_

**_ Qualifications_**
- _ A master graduate in business, design, research or otherrelevant educational backgrounds_
- _ A skilled professional with significant experience working withservice design, 5+ years - preferably from the consultancy side_
- _ A person who thinks beyond categories and dreams of serviceexperiences across products and platforms_
- _ An outgoing, results-oriented and a motivated team player_
- _ Eager to work in a strategic design firm and wish to make adifference_
- _ A strong facilitator and presenter and an excellent communicatorin English_
