Travel Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and expectations, and provide tailored travel solutions.
- Design and sell custom travel packages, including flights, accommodations, excursions, transfers, and other services for luxury travellers.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel routes, and travel-related services, ensuring clients receive the best options based on their preferences and budget.
- Manage the entire booking process, from initial inquiries through to final confirmations and post-trip follow-ups.
- Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, and other vendors to secure the best rates and services for clients.
- Ensure timely communication with clients throughout the booking and travel process, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or changes to itineraries.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements, ensuring all bookings are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the travel process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for the client.
- Keep up to date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and offers to recommend the most relevant and exciting experiences to clients.
- Meet sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Minimum 6 months of experience** in the travel industry, with a focus on B2C sales and operations.
- Strong knowledge of popular luxury travel destinations, including both domestic and international options.
- Proven ability to design and sell customized travel packages that cater to individual client needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and handle the full cycle of travel bookings.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and travel booking tools or platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing bookings and client requests.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with luxury travel sales and handling high-net-worth clientele.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest travel trends, hotel openings, and tourism regulations.
- A passion for travel and the ability to share your knowledge and excitement with clients.
