**Responsibilities**
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assisting with order processing, including handling customer returns and exchanges.
- Maintaining and updating customer records in our database.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of customer support documentation.
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and compiling feedback for analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in business, communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,496.32 - ₹30,090.65 per month
