**Salary**:
- Fresher: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 (in-hand)
- Experienced (1+ year): ₹26,000 - ₹33,000 (in-hand)
**About the Role**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated **Customer Support Executives (International)** to join our growing team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing queries, resolving concerns, and delivering an exceptional support experience. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle and resolve queries with accuracy and empathy.
- Maintain professionalism and build rapport with customers.
- Document and update customer information in systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
**Requirements**:
- Graduation is **mandatory**.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset.
- Ability to adapt to rotational shifts.
