We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated **Customer Support Executives (International)** to join our growing team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing queries, resolving concerns, and delivering an exceptional support experience. **Key Responsibilities**
- Handle and resolve queries with accuracy and empathy.
- Maintain professionalism and build rapport with customers.
- Document and update customer information in systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation is **mandatory**.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset.
- Ability to adapt to rotational shifts.
