**International Customer Support Executive - Voice & Chat Process | Work from Office | Jaipur**

**Location**:
**Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work from Office Only)**
**Relocation bonus and 14-day hotel accommodation provided** by the company.

**Role Overview**:
The role involves assisting global customers, providing accurate resolutions, and ensuring high service quality in line with international standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver professional, courteous, and efficient support while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow process guidelines, maintain accurate data, and document case notes.
- Achieve individual and team performance metrics related to quality and productivity.
- Adapt to dynamic process updates and product training sessions.

**Who Can Apply**:

- **Education**: Undergraduates, Graduates (any stream).
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong **English communication (spoken & written)** is mandatory.
- Ability to handle international customer interactions confidently.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and problem-solving approach.
- Willing to work in **rotational shifts including night shifts**.
- Must be willing to **relocate to Jaipur** (relocation support provided).
