**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to support daily logistics operations, including invoicing, dispatch planning, packing monitoring, and customer communication. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely shipments, efficient export processes, and accurate coordination between internal departments and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Invoicing**:Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner for all dispatches.
- **Customer Schedule Updates**:Regularly update and align shipping schedules as per customer requirements and demand forecasts.
- **Monthly Container Planning**:Develop and manage monthly container loading and shipping plans, ensuring optimization of space and cost.
- **Dispatch Planning and Monitoring**:Oversee daily dispatch activities, coordinate with transporters, and ensure on-time deliveries.
- **Packing Monitoring**:Supervise packing activities to ensure compliance with customer specifications and export standards.
- **Export Label Management**:Generate and verify labels as per customer guidelines and product requirements**.**:

- **Customer Communication**:Act as a point of contact for logistics-related queries, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.
- **EDI Handling**:Manage and process EDI transactions for seamless order and shipping data flow with customers.
- **Daily Dispatch Reporting**:Maintain and share daily dispatch status reports, highlighting pending, completed, and upcoming shipments.
- **Material Requirement Coordination**:Follow up with the production team to ensure the availability of materials as per dispatch and order schedules.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
