**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Identification**:

- Research and identify potential tender opportunities that align with the company's goals and expertise.
- Monitor tender portals and government websites regularly for new tender openings.
- **Tender Documentation**:

- Review tender requirements and prepare all necessary documentation, including technical, financial, and commercial proposals.
- Ensure that all tender submissions comply with the client's requirements, specifications, and deadlines.
- Liaise with internal departments (such as procurement, legal, finance) to gather information and documents required for the tender submission.
- **Coordination and Submission**:

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain quotations and ensure all pricing is competitive.
- Compile, edit, and proofread tender documents and ensure that they are complete, accurate, and professionally presented.
- Submit tenders electronically or physically before the deadlines and maintain a record of submitted tenders.
- **Post-Tender Follow-Up**:

- Track the progress of submitted tenders and liaise with clients for feedback or clarification, if required.
- Handle post-tender negotiations and clarifications with the client.
- **Tender Reporting**:

- Maintain a comprehensive tender database, tracking wins, losses, and reasons for outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on tender activity, submission outcomes, and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to understand current industry trends and pricing strategies for tenders.
- Analyze competitors' tender submissions to stay competitive.
- **Compliance and Quality Control**:

- Ensure all tender documents are in compliance with the company’s policies and relevant industry regulations.
- Maintain high standards of quality in all tender submissions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
