We are seeking a motivated and experienced s Education Counselor to join our team..This role involves helping students make informed decisions about their education and ensuring a smooth transition into their academic journey at Indian Universities

Key Responsibilities:

- **Counseling and Guidance**:

- Provide personalized counseling to students and their families regarding education opportunities.
- Assist in selecting appropriate courses, universities, and countries based on the student’s academic profile, interests, and financial capacity.
- **Application Assistance**:

- Guide students through the admission process ensuring all documentation is correctly completed and submitted on time.
- **Test Preparation Support**:

- Provide resources and recommendations for test preparation, including mock tests and coaching.
- **Liaison with Universities**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with foreign universities and educational institutions.
- Keep updated with changes in admission criteria, scholarship opportunities, and other relevant information.
- **Workshops and Seminars**:

- Organize and conduct informational seminars, webinars, and workshops on studying abroad.
- Collaborate with alumni and other experts to share experiences and insights with prospective students.
- **Documentation and Follow-up**:

- Follow up with students and parents to ensure that all necessary steps are completed timely.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Address any concerns or queries promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in educational counselling,
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software.
