Job Title: Export Sales Executive - Spices

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 2-5 years in B2B Sales of Spices

**Responsibilities**:
Business Development:

- Identify and cultivate new B2B customers for the export of spices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends in the spice industry.

Sales and Negotiation:

- Achieve sales targets and objectives for spice exports.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favourable terms.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients.

Product Knowledge:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of various spices, their uses, and industry trends.
- Provide clients with detailed information about product specifications and benefits.

Logistics and Documentation:

- Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of spice shipments.
- Handle export documentation and compliance, including customs requirements.

Market Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide regular reports on market conditions and competitor activities.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in B2B sales, preferably in the food industry with a focus on spice exports.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and export procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Additional Skills:

- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
