We are currently seeking a dynamic Export Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad and drive our export sales initiatives.
**Job Description**:
As an Export Sales Executive at Varmora Forge, you will play a key role in expanding our global presence and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales and a strong background in steel sales, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with international clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our export business and achieve sales targets.
- Identify potential markets and customers for our products, focusing on standard and special fasteners, bolt nuts, and related steel products.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, wholesalers, and end-users, to generate sales leads and opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, quotations, and proposals in collaboration with the sales team and management.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth execution of export transactions.
- Monitor sales performance, track market trends, and provide regular reports and updates to management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase our products and network with potential clients.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the steel industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in international markets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers and cultures.
- Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal; knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
