**Key Responsibilities**:

- **International Market Management**:

- Manage and execute export operations, including documentation, order processing, and shipment scheduling.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing overseas clients and distributors.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to all international regulatory and legal requirements related to pharmaceutical exports.
- Coordinate with regulatory to prepare and manage product registrations and approvals in different countries.
- **Documentation and Shipping**:

- Prepare and verify export-related documents such as invoices**, packing lists**, certificates of origin, and shipping bills
- Work with logistics and freight forwarders to arrange shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Address client queries, issues, and complaints regarding product specifications, shipments, and documentation.
- Support the marketing team with promotional activities and strategies in foreign markets.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in various markets.
- Monitor and report on export sales performance and provide insights to the management team for strategic decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- **1-2 years of experience** in pharmaceutical exports or international business.
- Strong knowledge of **pharmaceutical regulatory requirements** and documentation for international trade.
- Experience with logistics management, export documentation, and shipping processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,852.51 per month
