**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new export markets and customers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and direct customers.
- Manage a portfolio of existing export clients, ensuring excellent customer service and timely delivery of orders.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue in assigned regions.
- Meet export sales targets through strategic approaches.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients.
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations and manage export documentation.

**Knowledge and Skill Required**:

- 2-5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the pump or industrial equipment sector.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs processes, and export documentation.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
