Role Description:
**As an Export Executive / Export Junior Executive, you will be a vital part of our export operations. Whether you are a seasoned professional, a fresher in the tiles industry, or hold export-related institution certifications, this position offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, making significant contributions to our global export operations.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the international market.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve export targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- **Client Coordination**:

- Engage with clients, understand their requirements, and provide timely and effective communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Quotation Preparation**:

- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for potential export orders.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations to clients and follow up for feedback.
- **Export Order Execution**:

- Facilitate the smooth execution of export orders, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
- Liaise with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- **Documentation Proficiency**:

- Handle export documentation processes with precision and adherence to international trade regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in export-import laws and procedures.
- **Trade Finance Support**:

- Assist in trade finance activities, including understanding and processing LCs, bank guarantees, and collections.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Demonstrate a passion for delivering excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- **Learning and Adaptability**:

- Stay proactive in learning new tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Adapt quickly to changes in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of export documentation, international trade practices, and trade finance principles.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and related software.
- Certification from recognized export-related institutions is a plus.

Location: Ahmedabad

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
