**Responsibilities**:

- Accounting and Budgeting
- Forecasting & Controllership
- Ensure accurate accounting and regular reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain price/cost analyze the cause and suggest action plan.
- Preparing budgets, set targets and measure performance against the targets
- Preparing for forecasts as per changing scenarios.
- Work out scenarios, analyze reports for deviations and provide decision support
- Timely and accurate Group reporting and MIS
- Monitor and optimize Free Cash Flow
- Push cost saving targets, provides ideas to functions and help assess achievement
- Ensure defined processes are followed.
- Internal controls as per company policies and statutory requirements are being maintained. Responsible for internal control effectiveness monitoring
- Work with other functions to identify inefficiency in processes and correct the same.
- Ensure protection of company assets.
- Co-ordinate with indirect taxation dept to ensure statutory requirements are followed,
- Work with IT to improve automated generation of reports
- Work with central consolidation team to ensure completion of all audits
- Financially review investment proposals
- Review of major contracts and Pos for commercial terms
- Designing and implementing control systems
- Analyze business processes and develop cost saving controls
