Finance Controller

job location -Mumbai malad

Qualification required for this position - CA / Inter CA/ Bcom is

Age criteria 30 to 45

Gender male or female

Office timings 9 to 6

Work days Monday to Friday ( 1st Saturday working

**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the overall business objectives.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, including forecasting and monitoring budget performance.
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll and General Ledger.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Monitor and manage cash flow combined with Net Working Capital, ensuring that the company has sufficient resources to meet its obligations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and government agencies.
- Manage communication with the Regional CFO and HQ Finance Controlling team
- Manage the local finance team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure their professional growth.
- Project based responsibilities such as (1) monitoring on deliverables in legal structuring and carve out process as described by KPMG; (2) on boarding of newly acquired business in India
