Role Description:We are seeking a Finance Controller to lead and oversee critical financial operations that support strategic growth and fiscal stability. This role is suited for a finance professional with deep expertise in financial planning, treasury management, credit control, and stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor, strong financial governance, and a proactive approach to budgeting and cost optimization. As a senior member of the finance team, the Finance Controller will work closely with business leaders, banks, investors, and internal stakeholders to ensure transparent financial reporting, strategic alignment, and robust financial controls. Key Responsibility

Areas:Banking, Treasury & Investor RelationsSupervise and manage banking operations, loan arrangements, credit facilities, and treasury functions. Maintain strong relationships with rating agencies and financial institutions. Oversee investor communications and reporting requirements to support capital strategy and business transparency.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support business decision-making. Provide in-depth financial insights to management for evaluating business performance and future planning. Budget Monitoring & Cost ControlEnsure effective cost control by monitoring budget adherence and optimizing resource allocation.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process efficiency improvements. Credit Control & Risk ManagementMonitor accounts receivable and implement best practices in credit control and collections. Minimize financial risk by enforcing credit policies and proactively managing exposure.

Required Skills & QualificationsEducation:Master's degree (MBA Finance) preferred. Candidates with strong relevant exposure in financial management will also be considered. Experience:6–8 years of experience in core finance functions including treasury, FP&A, cost control, and credit monitoring.

Technical Skills:Excellent command of MS Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and presentations. Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems is preferred but not mandatory. Financial Acumen & Analytical Skills:Strong understanding of corporate finance, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.

Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights. Leadership & Execution:Ability to lead financial teams, handle cross-functional collaboration, and manage high-stakes financial decisions. Self-driven and reliable, with strong attention to compliance, accuracy, and deadlines.
