**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Training Business Partner located in Bengaluru. As an IT Training Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their training requirements and recommend suitable solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create training programs, manage training delivery, and ensure client satisfaction. Your role will also involve conducting training needs analysis, providing training consultancy, and contributing to the continuous improvement of training processes.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Prior experience in IT training or a related role
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: ₹9,158.07 - ₹46,857.45 per month
