**Strategy & Operations Business Partner - India GTM Region**
**Location: Bangalore; India**

**The Team**:
The Business Partner will work closely with the India GTM Sales & GCC team to establish, build and grow Celonis India Region as well as develop global sales in the other Regions to customers with a Global Competency Center in India.
The team operates in a highly visible environment to executive leadership and is a key player driving business execution with focus on Celonis's strategic, operational & financial objectives.
**The Role**:
Celonis has experienced solid year over year growth over the past years and is at a crossing point in its overall journey, with a clear commitment to expand geographically with a strong focus to grow the India Celonis presence and business.
The Strategy & Operations Business Partner will be a key role of a fast paced environment in the new India GTM Sales & GCC region and team. This role will help build the business management structure and governances to support business leaders in executing global strategic initiatives that drive growth for Celonis. This role will report into the India GTM Leader and work closely and directly with senior business managers incl executive leadership at times, the VP Strategy, Finance and Operations and senior leaders of other Celonis regions.
The goals of the business partnering include:
- Guiding and supporting business leaders to achieve their strategic, business and operational objectives
- Running sales governance with tight global alignment and collaboration with the other Celonis Regions servicing customers with a GCC based in India
- Providing objective, data-driven insights that assist in strategic decision making
- Track and guide business progress and actions
- Drive the overall business and financial performance and success of Celonis
- Reporting directly to the India GTM Leader, with a strong dotted line to the VP Strategy, Finance & Operations
**The work you'll do**:
- Business partnership support to the India GTM & Sales team and Celonis’ Executive Team— build trusted relationships with key business partners, Providing objective, data-driven insights that assist in strategic decision making, combining commercial acumen and providing insightful recommendations
- Establish and develop the new India GTM region and support the teams and ensure focussed business execution towards the strategic goals
- Establish and run GCC sales governance across all sales regions globally with clarity of targets, timeline, progress and execution
- Manage outlook, manage execution & communicate business performance and forward-looking projections to business leaders and executive management
- Provide advice & guidance to our senior business leaders through concrete actions for control in business execution and performance improvement tracking
- Develop and deliver business insights — analyzing results, distilling key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and presenting key messages to senior leadership
- Build and deploy global models, decisions scenarios and operational processes including short & mid-term business execution plans and annual operating plan
- Ad-hoc analysis to assess new strategic initiatives and projects
**The qualifications you'll need**:
- BA/BS degree, concentrations in International Business, Finance and/or Economics preferred
- 5+ years of hands-on experience driving business responsibilities with proven business acumen in Technology and/or SaaS business. Having built experience in Sales operations, business support, commercial finance or related fields
- Excellent communication skills; can establish credibility, build consensus, and partner cross-functionally without direct authority
- Ability to embrace ambiguity and break down complex problems to provide clear and effective recommendations
- Impeccable analytical skills and intellectual curiosity to understand drivers and outcomes. Drive for automation of business assets & scaleable operations to ensure ongoing business visibility & effective controls
- Polished presentation-communication and commendable Excel skills with attention to detail; experience working with Celonis, Salesforce, Certinia, Workday and/or other data
- & BI tools is a plus
- Team player with the ability to partner cross functionally in growing global organization
