**Job Summary**:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will act as the CEO's right hand, managing day-to-day operations, providing strategic support, and ensuring efficient communication and coordination across all departments. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Advanced Excel expertise is a must for creating detailed reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities -**

Manage the CEOs calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

Create and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets for data analysis, reporting, and
dashboards.
Generate insights through advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and macros.
Analyze and present data to assist in strategic decision-making.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, including board meetings and team reviews.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Conduct research and compile data for business decisions.
Assist in project management and monitor progress on key initiatives.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders, both internal and external.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Plan and coordinate detailed travel itineraries, including international travel.
Ensure seamless logistics for business trips, meetings, and conferences.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Represent the CEO in professional interactions when required.

**Skills and Qualifications**

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Advanced Excel expertise, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience in project management and business analysis.
Familiarity with corporate governance and board processes.
Knowledge of the industry [insert relevant industry, e.g., technology, finance].

High degree of professionalism and discretion.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with senior executives and stakeholders.
