**Position Summary**:
We are having an urgent opening at **COMVAL IT SOLUTIONS** for the position of an experienced **Social Media Marketing Executive** for **Facebook** who will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on industry trends to optimize the organization's online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Identify target audiences, key messages, and appropriate channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- **Content Creation**: Create engaging and relevant content for Facebook, including but not limited to posts, videos, graphics, and interactive media. Ensure content is consistent with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
- **Community Management**: Monitor Facebook channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with followers and stakeholders while managing online reputation.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute campaigns, including promotions, contests, and advertising campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, optimize content, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates. Generate reports and insights to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay informed about social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms. Continuously research competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Can join Immediately
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Facebook Marketing including paid campaign.
- Proven Experience in successful strategy planning
- Experience in creative social media content development
- Understanding of different Industry and their marketing needs
- Stay updated with latest trends and best practices

**Qualification**:

- Must be a graduate
- Proven experience as a Facebook Marketer
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be creative

**Additional Preference**:

- Knowledge and Experience in LinkedIn Marketing is a plus.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
