Handcrafted and Machine-made jewellery across these categories.
- Understand our products and services well to effectively communicate their

features and benefits.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers.
- Introduce our products/services to customers, initiating further steps in the

sales process.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM following the

sales process.
- Follow up with calls to nurture leads, address additional questions, and

guide customers through the sales process.
- Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and provide solutions

aligned with their requirements.
- Go the extra mile by making callbacks or arranging calls after office hours

based on customer convenience.

**Qualifications**
- Any Graduate

**Key Skills**
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi & English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convince potential customers to

make a purchase.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient experience in using CRM software.

**Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years

**Other Considerations**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
